Claxton’s are independent bottlers, based in the South West of Scotland in Dumfries & Galloway. The Dalswinton Bond is a bonded whisky warehouse that is located on a 5,000-acre country estate connected to transportation hubs, making it the ideal location logistically for visiting, distribution, bottling, whisky cask storage, and dry goods storage. The Bond has two whisky and spirits bottling lines, complete with bespoke and high-specification machinery allowing for total flexibility in bottling requirements and rapid production to the highest standard.

Bonded Cask Storage Services

The Dalswinton Bond has a mixture of whisky cask storage, including dunnage warehouses, modern racked warehouses and also palletised warehouses. What you choose will depend on what is right for your whisky cask and your budget

The Dalswinton Bond is suitable for businesses that own several whisky casks, but also for private individuals who have one or two whisky casks. We can also offer private cask visits, tours and tastings for clients.

Our bespoke racking systems allow casks of all shapes and sizes to be stored. Casks can be re-gauged, re-racked, and samples can be drawn on your request.

Whisky & Spirits Bottling Services

We can facilitate both high-volume whisky and spirits bottling requests from containers and IBCS right through to small batch, single cask, and even hand-labelled, premium products. This means we can accommodate bottling and labelling requirements of all designs and sizes.

This facilitates industry-leading standards and safe cask management for our customers. Dalswinton Bonded Customs Warehouse offers a ready-stocked inventory of dry goods, including bottles, corks, shrink seals, and shipping cartons for an all-in-one solution for your bottling requirements. Our facility can also offer wax dipping and miniature bottling services.

Our bottling services are scalable, meaning we can bottle any volume, from one cask to large multi-cask bottling runs.

Whisky & Spirits Blending Services

Dalswinton Bond boasts a custom-built blending lab on-site, allowing us to create unique blends for a new or already specified recipe. The Dalswinton Bond team has a wealth of experience in blend creation allowing you to achieve the outcomes you require and has done so for a multitude of well-known brands. Our whisky blending services are available for both high volume and smaller volume jobs.

Cask Re-Racking Services

Large, on-site, racked cask maturation warehouses provide spacious storage for whisky casks so the team can carry out regular inspections, rapidly draw samples, and take re-gauges.

Dalswinton Bond has an extensive and reliable supply network for new and aged oak casks for re-racking whisky and other spirits. We continue to work closely with a selection of cooperages, sherry bodegas, port wine cellars, and Kentucky bourbon suppliers to ensure we can provide expert knowledge on provenance, the best quality, and a regular cask supply. The benefits of this supply network are available to our custom bonded warehouse clients along with industry-leading experience provided by our bonded warehouse team allowing us to assist customers in creating exquisite Scotch whiskies and other spirits.

Supply of Bulk Spirit

As Independent Bottlers, Dalswinton Bond can offer clients an extensive stock of both young and mature bulk spirit as well as possessing an established supply network for additional requirements. This allows us to offer a wide variety of Scotch whisky, including single malts, single grains, and blends. This also extends to rums, gins, brandies, and more. These can be provided in both small and large quantities such as oak cask, IBC, or tanker to suit your requirements.

The Dalswinton Bond is a fully licensed, bonded warehouse able to store and mature duty-suspended spirituous beverages and whisky casks, meaning your cask can continue to age for an unrestricted period of time.
